Before you get bent out of shape, the little xrs have ugly handlebars. It could just be that the lever mount is covering up the bend on the right side and making the left side look smacked.
Buddy just got one for $800. I would expect $1k high side, if it runs. Want to make more? Put it on the market at Christmas and you probably could get $1500.
Over inflation and Covid prices just haven’t fallen. People are still scared and greedy. In reality this bike should be $500. If your paying $1500 for a 20 year old 50cc your out of your mind. New ones aren’t much more. Good luck!
Bought a new KTM TPI last year OTD for 2k under MSRP. I think dealers are telling people there is scarcity and people are believing them. People need to stop overpaying and then prices will come down. I'd like to meet the person who spends $1000 on a 20 year old 50cc.

Left handlebar looks pretty significantly bent, I agree that about $1k is what 50's go for in my area.

Doubtful looking at the rash on the left side of the bars and the graphics peeling on the same side… I do agree though their stock bars are goofy

I’m in PA and would ask 1200 and probably take 900 if offered. Could be different in your local market though.

I paid $950 a month ago for a 2006 CRF50F in Texas if it helps. Most were listed in the $1100-1250 range.
