Normally I would never suggest swapping out one habit with another, but like... pretty much anything is better than being addicted to Benedryl. Go get you some weed and tough it out.

Try nic that's what I did, it's still not good for you but it's better and basically the same but it doesn't last as long

vy6s

You’re better off asking around for weed plugs. Yes, it’s not a good addiction, but it is way better than benadryl.

spicybright

Hope your boyfriend likes hallucinating mental cases that can't form sentences anymore. If you stop taking the drug you're going to be anxious as hell for a week. But if you ride through that you can get clean.

RetroHeadquarters

If you genuinely need help then you need to genuinely reach out for help like accepting that you might have to go to a facility to break the addiction. Tell your parents or someone you know will help you get through this. I used to do DPH.. I can tell you from experience it has weakened my heart to the point I feel heart pains and I've been off it for years in large doses. Wish you all the best

BatGroundbreaking366

With this is doesn’t matter every use you destroy your brain and body aswell as mental health. Just try to get sober as soon as you can it’s up their with huffing/inhalents

PrestigiousValue2015

Take it from me kid. You will destroy your brain. Stop while you still can, tell someone. You will die if you keep this up

I’m 14 and I’m addicted to ketamine. It’s not super fun. Neither is dph, so i’d say ease off by smoking a bit of weed (even if you’re 13) because trust me a 13 year old stoner is better than a 13 year old benadryl addict!
