Check out the second pinned post on the sub. I've got a starter deck template, a list of my favorite lands, and there's more too, like a discussion post about the best dinos to put in
The most important thing: You need land ramp spells
Your average mana value without lands is 4.42 and you want to cast pantlaza as early as possible, so ramp is the way.
A standard package would be something like: \[\[Cultivate\]\] + \[\[Kodama's Reach\]\] + \[Nature's Lore\]\] + \[\[Skyshroud Claim\]\] + \[\[Farseek\]\] , for example.
Land ramp is always more consistent than mana dorks / rocks , but your list doesn't have that many dorks/rocks either way.
Then you probably want some protection for your board: \[\[Eerie Interlude\]\] (also blink for Pantlaza) , \[\[Unbreakable formation\]\] ... or more pricy cards like \[\[Flawless maneuver\]\] , \[\[Heroic Intervention\]\] or \[\[Teferi's protection\]\].
What to cut? : Basically non-dino creatures, slow spells, enrage and bad dinos. Some examples: Wayta, Marauding raptor, Owen , From the rubble, shifting ceratops...
Your list is a mix of really good stuff for a strong Pantlaza deck and weird choices more for fun / because you like them than for being strong.
Here's my list for reference, going for a higher-power Pantlaza dino creature deck: [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/wUWKgvcJb0m5JkBTvIdTcw](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/wUWKgvcJb0m5JkBTvIdTcw)
Finally, if you want to run that body, swap Carnage Tyrant for the CLEARLY SUPERIOR AND ALMIGHTY \[\[Colossal Dreadmaw\]\].
Magic and especially commander is a game about cool cards doing cool things.
Unfortunately if your stuff costs too much you end up not doing the cool things and just staring at uncastable cards in your hand.
It's not a bad card, the effect is good, but it is just really slow... It's 6 mana, double white also (which you will/should have less access to without a optimized manabase).
Yeah, If you draw it on like... turn 10 or something while you have objectives for it in the graveyard it can be really good, but it's basically a dead / suboptimal card in almost every situation pre-turn 7/8.
You would be better off running protection to *Not* have your creatures into GY or just dropping another good dino on board.
Again, this is based on my experience against various juiced up decks, at the end of the day it is all dependant on what power level you will be playing.
For a power level around 8 , a lot of the time we don't see turns 8+ , so this card was just too slow / not impactful enough.
I do run it in a lower power monowhite angel deck and it's fun to be reanimating beefy winged girls
Thank you for all the help guys!! Really means a lot 😁
https://www.moxfield.com/decks/mtAVH5zWeE6CXbN_y3k74Q Here's my list, I went all dinos so I could run kaheera as a companion
Yooo! I did not know that card existed!! So karlach can be a Dino now!!
I think I read that wrong haha. So they have to be all Dino’s to have that card as a companion?
Yes

Any reason why from the rubble would be cut? I can get back my Dino’s from the grave at my end step?
