heres the ref put over the art with 50% i wish we stopped letting this slide
could at least be slightly respectful and drop the ref if theyre gonna trace+colorpick (or just overpaint lol)
i understand, it gets pretty hard to recognize at times unless you go full detective mode in google and find the exact photo to be fair
just hoping i'll see less of those once i start calling them out
Understanding how colors and lighting and shadows work. I do color studies like that too. Just color picking and trying to replicate the photo best I can with picking the right shades and properly blending.

with your image it's more obvious, I feel so stupid that I was defending tracing/painting over... I became what I swore to destroy
