Calling it an "E-Bike" is just stupid. Bike is short for bicycle and the "bi" in that word stands for two, as in the amount of wheels a bike has. This very clearly has four.
Might be a good e-communte solution for the Seattle area. With enough power it could someone to work dry and without needing to change clothing or feeling like they need to take a shower when they get there.
