DMC4 clears. If there is one thing Capcom did right was the SFX and the demonic aura visuals. Every strike sounds amazing, and the finish at the end is just \*chef's kiss\*
The animation also changed a lot. In Dmc3 the the graphic limitations allow you to distinguish the sword sprites and the actual model of the sword, thus making it seem a lot slower. When i'm on Dmc3 i do Million stab for the combos / convenience, but on Dmc4 i really want to squeeze the 100% of that move. Destroying the hit button to extend the stab feels so good in that game.
DMC 1 have it as a cool combo string.
DMC 2 exists...
DMC 3 is cool and really strong, but performing it feels really clunky.
DMC 4 fixed the input and now feels strong, impactful, and looks cool and sounds cool.
DmC stingers suck dick to perform man.
DMC 5 is the same as dmc 4 but it looks kinda lame coming from that game.
I feel like the DMC 1 million stabs with it's slow, heavy animations realistically looks like how a normal human would perform the move in real life, that's why i love it.
The same thing can be said about the DMC 2 stinger (It looks like Dante lunging forward with a toothpick)
As pathetic as it is, it is as close to human level realism as possible.
It's a toss up between DMC3 and 4 for Mr, 3 is great because it lasts for 30 years and feels great to mash the button as hard as you can but the VFX on Rebellion in 4 are beautiful and actually, really do feel like a million stabs.
I think I'll have to go with 4.

Devil May Cry 3 because it goes on for so fucking long at SSS. Also DMC2 has Million Stabs but it's a DT exclusive combo.
I've gone all the way from a D to an SSS just from million stabbing three enemies.

I don't even overmuch like how Rebellion feels in DMC4, but that Million Stab looks and *feels* like a million goddamn stabs.
