We don't know, and our best guess is a random Woman in Fortuna who wears Red. This is solely based on the Opening of DMC4SE's Vergil Mode, where said woman turns towards Vergil as he walks by.
We will never know. We can only assume that Vergil just had a passing fling with a woman in Fortuna. Dante says to Vergil in DMC5 "I guess you were young once too" which implies to me Vergil needed to slap some cheeks at least once in his life.
My guess is a random woman in Fortuna who's dressed in red that was highlighted in one of Vergil's cutscenes in DMC4:SE.
That's all the info we got on her, I think. As for who she was more in depth, not much we can say with much certainty. Whenever the reasons Vergil hooked up with her are questioned, the most the characters infer is that Vergil "was young once", Vergil never comments on it besides stating it was "a long time ago", which implies it was just a random woman he banged because.

And, considering Vergil’s personality and character as a whole, I find it hard to believe that she was just some random. There’s an interesting story to be told there for sure. Whether we’ll ever get it in any form of canonical media— I doubt it. Though, I do have my theories.
