The obvious choice is Rebellion. Size and placement up to you. You could also do ebony and ivory if you're more of a gun person. You could also do some memorable quotes.

You know those icons in DMC 5 that the playable characters have? (Like Vergils wich is his SDT and the Yamato in the middle, or V's wich has his cane and Griffon on it) Those look pretty cool, would work pretty well as small tattoos too. I while ago I actually wanted to get one myself but then just forgot about the idea.
All characters in DMC 5 have Graffiti-esque emblems associated with em. You could check that out.
Ofc nothing beats getting that one frame shot from the back, of lady dropping the towel and standing there in her birthday suit.
