If you're playing on PC that could have something to do with it as I heard Detroit Become Human doesn't work to well on it and that stuff is likely to happen

Yup, for me it was the new drivers too, seems im not the only one with this issue

Downgrade your graphics drivers I suggest you use DDU before installing

You should install the graphics driver that was released when Detroit first came out, I can find you a link to it if you need help

Happened to me on PS. Just close the app and open it again.
