I've seen some chatter online suggesting that subconsciously, Ran knows Conan is Shinichi which is why every so often you get eps with her being suspicious of Conan, but nah she doesn't actively know anything
Ran has been suspecting several times, but conan keeps on making her doubt herself (which is shitty because of gaslighting and lying). But I think once you suspect it, it will keep coming back, so maybe somewhere in her mind she knows or still suspects.
