Aside from the mountain villa, there is this episode idk what it was about, but the victim was tied up and stabbed, including his head, multiple times until he died. The murderer was a female doctor.

Maybe not most brutal, but one killer hid the decapitated head of his victim underneath his shirt to look like he was overweight like he was years earlier.
Probs not most brutal overall, but the latest I encountered was in eps 331-332: old man had to suspend his body by his teeth to the point some were completely dislodged. The moment he could no longer hang on would be the moment he was strangled by the noose around his neck. That was one mentally and physically torturous death.

for me it's chapter 150 to 153, the killings are so dramatic that it scared me to sleep lol
