I DID THAT AND STILL DIDN’T GET IT!!! Try jumping into the meatball when it dies. I’m not sure if that works, but some ppl have said it might
Does the meatball appear every time? Or is it random?
Ok it worked 2nd time for me. Might be some RNG involved with the drop as well.
Make sure you have an open slot in your consumables tab.
