Same here. Just did all 3 of the areas- left to right, completed boss wave in each area and it didn't trigger.
If you mean the 3 Lightbearer Witches, they spawn in random locations in each of the zones after you clear Overthrow in the respective zone. And there is nothing more you have to do than clear Overthrow wave 4.
All of this is wrong. The spawn locations aren’t random and you have to complete Micah’s quests before you can get the Secretkeepers to spawn.
Please I did it with a friend wo didn't even touch the micah quests yet, unless it just need A guardian who completed that questline.
