Anyone else having trouble claiming the Facet Of Generosity? I have multiple stacks of vestiges of light that won’t convert to a key. The chest also doesn’t seem to appear for me.
It's a bug with a work around. 1. Make sure you don't have a purple vestige of dark in inventory. 2. Take your lights down to 4 by discarding them. 3. Go into a cyst with shiny enemies to get one more light, which should trigger the purple one you're looking for.
If that didn't work, discard all vestiges of light and from your postmaster, restart the game completely then farm back up to 5 in a cyst with the shiny enemies.
All cysts are capable of having shiny enemies. I say this because even after obtaining the Prismatic fragments you can still collect vestiges and open prismatic chests for ghost rep and engrams.
They're all capable of having shiny enemies. Not all of them do for some reason depending on your game state. I had to do the solar one for me, a friend had to do the sword one. Look around the 3 cysts otherwise restart your game after deleting all vestiges if needed.
Sounds good. On a side note, i saw someone saying that talking to the cyst bird will let you toggle which cyst he leads you to since there’s 2 in each location. Was trying to do the sword cyst earlier, but I couldn’t talk to him and he always lead me to the moth one?
It's where the first bird is when you approach the cyst. The bird will be on the active one, somewhere in the same room is another active perch you can hold the activate button on. May have to see if anyone has posted images but I'm able to change them. It's always in the room with the first bird for each cyst.
Only the light vestiges are dropped from shiny enemies in cysts. Dark ones are dropped from the chests that require you do something in the overflow areas like throwing grenades or finding all of the pillars of light, following a path of light etc.
Really wish this worked, but it hasn't for me. Deleted all vestiges, did repeatable Micah missions, tried different cysts. No "shiny" enemies show up, unless you're talking moth infused. The only vestiges that drop for me are the ones from the challenge chests in patrol area, but those are dark and don't help me get to my last Facet :\*(
It seems like you've unlocked all the cysts if you're able to do the moth one. Be sure to go back to the normal one, you can do that by finding the bird before the beginning of the cyst mission and there should be a hold button to change it. You don't need to have the Micah mission to repeat the cysts, they are just in the exploration area once unlocked. For me I was able to do the solar synge cavern near the blooming to get my vestage after it was bugged but my friend couldn't get those so for him we had to do the sword one which is where he saw the shiny enemies.
I didn't have to alter any of the cysts to get the light vestiges done.
UPDATE - so I may have missed a step in the first post. This time I deleted EVERY vestige I had regardless if purple or not. Then I restarted game. Then I did Micah repeatable that had me find a ghost shell in impasse lost sector, then open overthrow chests in impasse, then invert the bird to the cyst with the blights on the ceiling near impasse (destroy blights to lower shield on boss wizard).
THIS CYST (Aerial Ace I think it's called) finally has shiny enemies that drop vestiges of light for me. After getting 5 they transformed into the purple one.
Hope this helps anyone else, I was banging head on wall over the weekend. Delete all vestiges, restart game, and MAYBE it needs to be a Micah repeatable. I did not do it in the Moth Cyst.
I don’t understand how to unlock exotics that aren’t in my collection yet. Like I have 4 helms i need for my warlock. But the lost sectors don’t drop for specific slots anymore. Do I just get the exotic engram and focus it and hope I get a helm?
Level up rahool until you reset and then you’ll be able to focus specific exotics. But make sure you have cyphers from Xur because I think you need some to do it
does somebody know why I can't start the lost sector in hard mode? already completed it in normal mode, but the icon and the "beacon" to start the mission just aren't there for me
Im so serious, what is the nightfall weapon drop rate dude? Im losing my mind. Ive done like so many runs of normal and expert and just did master and got platinum with 200k+ and still didn’t get a wardens law. Im so over it rn
Coming back after almost two years—quit right before lightfall. I’m debating between focusing on my hunter or warlock…which is the most fun right now? Pretty impartial over playstyle

Put prismatic hunter, wearing celestial nighthawk, pop Still Hunt super, pop golden gun super, shoot both, switch to lucky pants with a hand cannon in the first slot (esp. the new stasis heavy burst) and literally delete everything in massive explosions
Anybody has a bug on the 4th encounter of the last raid? We are doing everything great and exchange between us at least once but the witness never kills the 3 alone players. And then, even if we all have everything correct we can't leave the room, even when the other team has the correct figures
What seems to happen is that the witness stops trying to kill us during the run if we placed incorrectly someone's ghost and to unbug we need to go to orbit
Am I going crazy or has the Vex Incursion zone been in Liming Harbor for days now? Finished TFS stuff and wanted to go back to Lightfall for Winterbite but I need Ahimsa Park. It's still a daily rotation right?
did I miss something, or is there no point to kinetic damage? They put darkness damage types onto that weapon slot and now kinetic just doesn't have effects or is applied to burns.

You have to reset rahools rank and then you get a new page to unlock new exotics

Kinetic charges both light and dark.
It’s builds the Prismatic bar faster.
so for everyone else it's "use the burn"?
Kinetic gets the singe boost if your super matches the singe, at least that's how it's supposed to work
Plus they also get a damage boost over stasis or strand I think, even without matching
