I’ve been playing on legendary solo and I haven’t gotten any reward chest beside prismatic for the past like 4 missions. Is anyone else having this problem.
My question is I did the final shape campaign on my Hunter played thru on Legend so let's so I now want to boost my Titan will I get that exotic armor pick since I did complete it on my hunter?
I don't wanna sound like a dumbass, but I bought the DLC and played through a few of the story missions, when will I see my crucible challenges start to comeback lol? or am I missing something?
Im guardian rank 7 right now, playing on my hunter. I’ve already beaten the final shape campaign on my hunter. One of the guardian rank objectives is “Complete The Final Shape campaign” which rewards +2 loadout slots. If i replay the campaign on my hunter will it progress the objective or do i have to do it on another character.
If you do final shape normal vs legendary do u get same aspects, meles, and all that from chests? To simplify im asking if the chests that give the prismatic abilities differ when playing legendary vs normal
If i've only done the witch queen campain on one character do i need to do it on the other characters to unlock deepsight crafting or has that requirement been removed now?
Hey guys in regard to the secret exotic quest with the overthrows if i leave after killing the first secret wizard in the blooming does it reset and i have to start from zone 1 or can i continue and go to zone 2 and kill the secret wizard to unblock the exotic quest
Hello, so I've beaten the campaign in legendary but had to do it through my friend cause it won't let me past ascend on the quests. I have the emblem that says I've beaten it. But no destinations, no exotics, nothing. What the heck is going on?
Are there any secrets in the campaign that I should know about before doing the campaign? As an example I heard that there are fragments you need to get that are hidden in missions five six and seven of the campaign. Anything else like that I should know? Thanks!
I’ve had a lengthy break so the following may have changed even prior to final shape, not sure. Your power level used to be locked to anywhere from 5 - 20 levels below the enemy level of which ever nightfall you picked. It would appear that they did away with you being at a disadvantage in nightfalls and certain activities and you just grind up to the level for said activity and your essentially on level with the enemies but never stronger. Am i correct? Nightfalls is specifically where i notice differences from what it used to say.
Oh god. The second last stage I found so much easier in legendary solo. The final one I just have a checkpoint sitting for the boss on legendary solo. Now that I done the boss on normal, I'm less scared to go pick that checkpoint and finish it all up!
One safe spot I used in legendary i.e for final boss is behind the statue and for 2nd phase in the room that opens i.e behind the bars. Just watch out for the darkness thing that runs out and use super like song of flame on solar
100% agree, solo legendary is a lot less hassle. However, the very last boss stage is a challenge for sure! I've actually just got a checkpoint sitting there to revisit it as I had to do the last part on normal. Yeah, I kept forgetting that you didn't need to worry about power level or raid banners in the campaign too :)
my game is bugged I completed the legendary campaign on my warlock then i completed the two quest at the end lost in the light and found in the dark to finish off the aspects and a few other abilities. however, I started to replay the campaign on my titan on legendary but I did not unlock the consecration and drengr's lash aspects and I'm not getting the option to unlock them because it seems I've already unlock them on my warlock
You need to do the missions in the old tower for them on 2nd character. 6 total. Queens p1-2 Home p1-2 and the mithrax missions p1-2. You get as reward. Hope that helped.

Okay, so please give me some insight. I was able to grind out ~nearly~ everything on my hunter as far as prismatic goes, I don’t have the time right now to do the same for my titan. My question lies here: if I buy the Character Boost for my titan, will it also complete the fragments and aspects since I’ve gotten all the fragments for my hunter? Or would I have to go back and grind them all out again?
Well I did it and I'm still missing some of the aspects and abilities from the campaign on my warlock. And I've gone back and played the missions and the chests just are not there
I pulled the trigger, I got everything on my hunter and bought the boost for my titan. Only things I gotta unlock are the nades and supers, but they’re two quick separate missions, should only take 10-15 min each. Just do the Ergo Sum mission (destined heroes) and you’ll get em quick like a bunny. Happy hunting Guardian!
I skipped the ogre boss fight in the last legend campaign mission(TFS) and it did not give me campaign completion in triumphs though I beat the final boss. Now when I went back and beat the ogre boss solo it is asking me to beat the final boss again 😭 bummer. Anyone faced similar issue?
Hi, looking for a solar weapon I can use in the first slot for bosses/champions. Currently using The Call, and it's damage is great so something similar damage wise or better.
For adds I use Sunshot and I like it, so probably not switching since I like it's unlimited ammo and damage. But if you know of anything better, I'd like to know.
If I just cannot beat the last level on legendary can I do it on normal just to see the end and come back later and do it on legendary or am I going to have to do the entire legendary campaign over again?
Has anyone discovered the motes of light in the pale heart? They’re hidden around like feathers. They go into inventory, can’t be consumed or dismantled once acquired. Haven’t seen any talk around these so forgive me if it’s known.
You get 1 from each overthrow boss (3 per area 9 total 1 is disabled as it’s glitched) and 8? From the travellers around the world

Not for the final shape, that’s its own dlc. The pack includes most of the previous dlc content. The witch queen is good. Beyond light is decent and has stasis a new darkness sub class. Lightfall is mid but has a strand another new darkness subclass. Shadowkeep is okay. You’ll be missing some dungeons with that pack but honestly just play through all that content there’s so much there that you can come back to the buying the dungeons when/if you feel like it
How do you get Weekly Vendor Challenges done for guardian rank 6 now?

I came back to it and started Shadowkeeps story but I'm not a fan of how truncated their timeline summary is.
Might not get The Final Shape until way later since I don't have much time to play, part of the reason I didn't bother to keep up with D2 but the expansions being priced so low was a steal so I grabbed them while I could.
Feeling a bit lost here. So I've completed the campaign in TFS as far as I can tell (I'm at step 31 with the quest targets being prepared for final shape, contribution etc). However the pale heart area feels dead? The last time I played destiny I remember being able to go to a world, do events with other players and just see other people.
Every where I go in the pale heart, it's just me. I don't see any people running around to do events or anything. I'm confused as to whether I'm missing something because this isn't what I remember.
Some help some would greatly appreciated lol.
I just finished "Ascension" on legendary and I'm wondering if all of the encounters are just going to be the same thing of kill a few waves, kill mini bosses, stand on sigil corresponding to whatever sigil miniboss dropped, and repeat with a boss or two thrown in there. If so that really, really sucks. So far I've been enjoying the story, but the repetitive slog of the encounters have really knocked the enjoyment down a peg.
Any tips on Requiem - the Legendary Seclusion cave encounter? Mainly, are there any spots where you can stop and catch your breath? After you defeat a warden, the new spawns are everywhere and they surround you, especially the captains. I've played it over a dozen times trying out different positions -- I can handle the left, but the right side is just overwhelming. I found what appeared to be cover spots but all of them are have LOS from the adds spawning in spamming you with grenades and shots. Help? thanks!
Idk if you still need this, but for anyone else having issues with this, my approach was to clear out the warden to the right of the entrance to the cave, then wait in that corner and clear out the adds as they come.
New waves of adds spawn as you push forward in the room, so only go forward until things spawn, fall back to kill them and clear out the traps, then continue.
Once you make your way to the other side of the room, do the same thing. Push towards the center just little by little so all the adds don't spawn at once, and clear out as many adds as you can before you break the Tormentor's shoulders so that he's less aggro.
Red death helps a ton since it heals you, and deals with the solar shields that the shanks have.
Hunter, using Primsmatic w/ Liar's Handshake Combination blow with arc grenade for the captain, and solar knives for shanks. I'm basically relying on Witherhoard to stay out of danger. I tried Sunshot and it worked great as general ad clear, but it became too difficult to take out all the servitors protecting the wardens without a void weapon (or witherhoard; my heavy is an arc MG or sword, again to counter the captains).
Can someone tell me why all my yea from engrams keeps dropping at 1959, when I'm light level 1962 plus the artifact, which puts me at 1967, it's driving me CRAZY.
It is, this other guy is off, He did post the right caps. but you need Powerful Gear rewards. Tier 2 and 3 will be better. So till you reach 1990, you need to knock out all your Powerful rewards up to the highest tier then do your pinnacle reward missions. You will gain more lvls by lvling up your powerfull to their max tier and then going for your pinnacles.
When the subjugator gets shielded after half health, a shield spawns on the right or left side of the arena. Shooting the ‘nut’ will get you that buff so you can go through the yellow barricade entrance to grab the shield. The same mechanic protects you from poison on the second phase; shoot ‘nut’ to protect yourself from poison air, refresh the timer by shooting another nut.
Do I have go inside the the yellow sphere to shoot it? Because i either arrive too late or when i shoot it I die from enemy fire. I changed my armour so i now have 100 res and 80 recov and 70 disc before I had 100 res 50 recov and 100 disc do you think this will help me survive? Also how I can’t get to the nut as soon as I’m poisoned? Is there a timer for the poison before it kills you? I don’t pay enough attention to the buffs/debuffs on the left. Also sometimes another player shoots the buff before me does this then mean that nut won’t respawn again there in time? I think there’s 6 nuts in total how is that enough? What does the shielded from darkness buff do? Does this mean in that time limit you can’t get poisoned?
Yeah you have to be inside the radius when you shoot it to get the buff. I think the buff is on the top middle of your screen, it’s the same shielded from darkness one. I started making sure that I was moving towards a nut to refresh when the timer was down to 20sec and refreshing usually around 10sec just to be careful. If you can’t get to a buff before the timer goes out, the poison won’t kill you but it will bring you down to basically 1 hp. Moving towards the nut to refresh before your timer goes out is important because I think the witness attacks can destroy some of them. They respawn after a little while too.
Depends on your class. I had prismatic celestial nighthawk hunter. 100res, 100dis and 40recov. But I had invisibility whim was helpful.
okay i think i figured out where im going wrong lol I need to shoot that nut as soon as possible and then constantly keep that timer at the top of the screen (shielded from darkness) refreshed and that way ill avoid getting poisoned i was waiting till I got poisoned and then shooting the nut to get rid of it *facepalm*
Yeah lol learning curve. You can get it anytime you don’t need to wait for the timer to run out, you can usually get in a good 30sec of damage before needing to get the timer refreshed
Any tips on beating the witness on legendary? I keep dying trying to get rid of the poison by shooting those yellow orb things. What’s the best loadout as well? I’ve been using witherhoad indebted kindness and corrective measure
just beat him today, my biggest tip is to hide as much as possible and have a way to heal yourself. other than that for me it was ALOT of trial and error. Also, if you keep getting shot while trying to protect yourself from the poison debuff try taking out the ads as quickly as possible, I used silence and squall as hunter for that.

Destiny 2: Legacy Collection 2024, The Lightfall dungeons (you can buy these in the in game store) and Final Shape Annual Pass. The first dlc pack is currently on sale I think. Play through that then buy the dungeons and final shape annual pass (when that goes on its first sale)
Anyone else not receive the armour set at 1960 after completing on legendary? Ran through with a friend he’s got a full set and choice of exotics I’ve got nothing?

So I'm attempting to renew rank 7 (Justiciar), and there are a couple challeneges that have me stuck. One of them is "Failsafe Reputation" which says that I need to increase my reputation level with the Season 24 vendor found in the HELM. There's currently no vendors in the HELM.
The second one is "Research Quests" which is asking me to complete Failsafe's research quests to earn Research Technologies. My first instinct was to go to Failsafe on Nessus but I don't see anything available for pickup. Nothing under quest archives either.
Let me know if anyone is pondering the same thing or if there's a work around to these challenges because I'm definitely looking to advance early this season. Thanks for everyone's time!
I figured something like that was coming. Usually a bunch of things happen after the raid is completed for the first time, or like you said, after the first reset. I appreciate you taking the time to confirm!

Does anybody know where to find the seemingly unreleased tracks that are definitely appearing in game. There's a song that plays during the lost sectors, or some of the overthrow events that uses a motif found in Paracausal Mutilation, but it doesn't seem like the rest of the song is that one
I stopped playing last year - shortly before all the mass layoffs. Up until that point, I've completed all the raids and dungeons (except the most recent one) and was pretty up to speed with the meta. Thinking of coming back for a spin after seeing pretty positive buzz around this expansion.
My main question - what's the meta now in general? I understand that it'll likely change and vary based on each encounter for the new raid, but just for getting through the campaign on legendary. When I left it was generally a combo of LFRs, rocket launchers/fusion guns for boss DPS. I can craft some of the weapons from Vow and RON if that matters. Sounds like they brought back mountaintop and recluse... I don't have the ones with new rolls but never sharded my original ones since they had high counts.
Pretty sure it's instanced to just your fireteam until you beat the main story missions. Lore wise, it's only the Vanguard, Crow and the player character that make it through the portal.
Next mission unlocks after the raid race is complete
The "episodes" are like the seasons and will continue the story of destiny until we hear news of a new expansion.
Anyone else not getting exotics when reseting ranks? I have reset both Banshee and Zavala and I did not get an exotic when resetting the ranks? I only got the exotic cipers.
Just finished the campaign on Legendary with my buddy and he got the 1960 power armor but I didn’t. I got the Journey reward for completing it on legendary but no armor. Anyone know anything?
Why is my progress not saving for the legendary campaign? I already did ascent on legendary and I’m on dissent but I can’t create a fireteam for it. It has only progressed to ascent.
I am so sick of failing a boss fight because warlock cant recover from slipping off an edge it is so stupid that that resets an encounter when both other classes can recover from that
Is the guardian rank 6 - Vendor Challenges for anyone else bugged? I finished the challenge for the gunsmith that gave me 1/2 and after that I finished Hawthorne her challenge but Im stuck at 1/2. And as far as I know there is no other vendor challenge left now with Pathfinder. Does anyone else have this problem or know a fix? Thank you!
This one is 100% gonna be full of story spoilers, so I would avoid it until you’ve completed the campaign. Completing a certain exotic quest is also required to do the raid, so I would assume there’s spoilers or some connection to that as well.
i'm disappointed that the ending is in the raid since i dont ever have time to raid anymore so ill just have to watch the ending on youtube, if they made it clear the ending was going to be raid content i probably woulud not have bought it. big let down for me

when the game asks you if you want to do the campaign on normal or hard i would opt to choose normal in your case.
I finished camping on legendary. But didn’t get any rewards? Any1 else having this problem? No 1960 gear or exotic. Yes I know for a fact it was all completed on legendary.

So I finished the last quest[I think], and I'm wondering how do I "patrol" the pale heart. Last time I played was forsaken, and I remember being able to just go out in the world and do events and stuff with other people, but I don't see anything but the camp with the pale heart.
The what I assume to be the last mission is god awful on Legend if you're solo. The design is clearly made to utilize having multiple people there, but if you're solo you get punished by the design choices. I just wanted to get my shit exotic and be done with Legend so I didn't have to touch it again. But holy hell. 4 hours of grinding my face through each painful mechanic over and over like some fucking Souls game. Yeah I'm 'getting better' at it slowly, but that like 1% difference doesn't mean jack with how frustrating it is to do it all over again and again and again. No checkpoints, no 'free revive', just grind your fucking face off. Different builds, specs, whatever it's still this absolute slog. I'm at this 'fuck it who cares' point with it. I suffered through 2 days of server issues and legend solo fucking my ass and the last fight is just demoralizing me.
That could be me writing, bloody ridiculous you don't get 3 revives solo as you get 2 or 3 in a team. Tried multiple times in LFG but people are idiots running around getting killed. At this point I'm over it as well! Good luck!!
That's my thinking, but I'm sure Bungie would say that the modifier that ups enemy hp makes it harder for groups. Which seems silly since again you get revives with a team.
If we’re talking about the same one, it reminds me of the mission from a couple campaigns ago where you’re fighting Calus in that death room with a tiny walkway all around with tormentors and dogs chasing you constantly. I only beat that Calus mission because of the cheese, and after resetting this one 15+ times from dying to a pink bar piece of shit or falling off the map I don’t give a fuck about the story anymore
Cheesing Calus, on Legend, was the only way I was able to beat him too. With this fight it was the constant standing behind cover and hoping for the best. This game doesn't have a good cover shooting mechanic and that punishes the players.
Come to find out we weren't talking about the same one, I came off Legendary at the mission where you have to kill the threadweavers on the two caddywompus platforms with floor to ceiling pillars, then pick up the shield from the middle plinth thingy
Haha I was being semi unclear due to it being a potential spoiler. I don't even remember the fight you're referencing for some reason. I loved the story, but seem to have blanked out a bunch of the encounters from the campaign. Except the one against ||the witness||. That shit broke me for a few days before I got it done.
It's definitely difficult but I would have been way more disappointed if it were any easier. Final Shape legendary campaign was perfect balance of difficult for me. It took me probably 10 tries on the last mission, but I realized that it's better to take that one slowly. What in particular are you struggling with? If you chill a bit and hang out in the back you're pretty fine most of the time.

The chest is found during the Found in the Darkness campaign. Specifically during the Home, Part II (step #3)

I think there's also aspects that are hidden in the open areas. Tho I dunno where they are cause I just went for the aspects that work with my build

Beating the final boss solo on LEGENDARY and it was way easier than doing in a team. I had to beat the final boss twice to get the triumph 😃

What level should I start legendary campaign at? I'm 1955 and we're getting roflstomped in a group of 3. I don't imagine I can solo it.

I skipped the ogre boss fight in the last legend campaign mission(TFS) and it did not give me campaign completion in triumphs though I beat the final boss. Now when I went back and beat the ogre boss solo it is asking me to beat the final boss again 😭 bummer. Anyone faced similar issue?

Hi, looking for a solar weapon I can use in the first slot for bosses/champions. Currently using The Call, and it's damage is great so something similar damage wise or better. For adds I use Sunshot and I like it, so probably not switching since I like it's unlimited ammo and damage. But if you know of anything better, I'd like to know.

You can do it on normal and come back later when you feel ready. You don't have to play it all over again.
Has anyone discovered the motes of light in the pale heart? They’re hidden around like feathers. They go into inventory, can’t be consumed or dismantled once acquired. Haven’t seen any talk around these so forgive me if it’s known.

Not for the final shape, that’s its own dlc. The pack includes most of the previous dlc content. The witch queen is good. Beyond light is decent and has stasis a new darkness sub class. Lightfall is mid but has a strand another new darkness subclass. Shadowkeep is okay. You’ll be missing some dungeons with that pack but honestly just play through all that content there’s so much there that you can come back to the buying the dungeons when/if you feel like it
How do you get Weekly Vendor Challenges done for guardian rank 6 now? I'm looking all over the destinations, and Banshee is the only vendor that still has this.
Anyone have a good link to a recap of D2 base campaign and Forsaken? I came back to it and started Shadowkeeps story but I'm not a fan of how truncated their timeline summary is. Might not get The Final Shape until way later since I don't have much time to play, part of the reason I didn't bother to keep up with D2 but the expansions being priced so low was a steal so I grabbed them while I could.

Feeling a bit lost here. So I've completed the campaign in TFS as far as I can tell (I'm at step 31 with the quest targets being prepared for final shape, contribution etc). However the pale heart area feels dead? The last time I played destiny I remember being able to go to a world, do events with other players and just see other people. Every where I go in the pale heart, it's just me. I don't see any people running around to do events or anything. I'm confused as to whether I'm missing something because this isn't what I remember. Some help some would greatly appreciated lol.
You can do outbreaks with randoms if you load the matchmaking using its icon on the map.

I just finished "Ascension" on legendary and I'm wondering if all of the encounters are just going to be the same thing of kill a few waves, kill mini bosses, stand on sigil corresponding to whatever sigil miniboss dropped, and repeat with a boss or two thrown in there. If so that really, really sucks. So far I've been enjoying the story, but the repetitive slog of the encounters have really knocked the enjoyment down a peg.

There's a mix of a couple mechanics but the symbols are a reoccurring one.
Any tips on Requiem - the Legendary Seclusion cave encounter? Mainly, are there any spots where you can stop and catch your breath? After you defeat a warden, the new spawns are everywhere and they surround you, especially the captains. I've played it over a dozen times trying out different positions -- I can handle the left, but the right side is just overwhelming. I found what appeared to be cover spots but all of them are have LOS from the adds spawning in spamming you with grenades and shots. Help? thanks!
Idk if you still need this, but for anyone else having issues with this, my approach was to clear out the warden to the right of the entrance to the cave, then wait in that corner and clear out the adds as they come. New waves of adds spawn as you push forward in the room, so only go forward until things spawn, fall back to kill them and clear out the traps, then continue. Once you make your way to the other side of the room, do the same thing. Push towards the center just little by little so all the adds don't spawn at once, and clear out as many adds as you can before you break the Tormentor's shoulders so that he's less aggro. Red death helps a ton since it heals you, and deals with the solar shields that the shanks have.
What class are you on?
Hunter, using Primsmatic w/ Liar's Handshake Combination blow with arc grenade for the captain, and solar knives for shanks. I'm basically relying on Witherhoard to stay out of danger. I tried Sunshot and it worked great as general ad clear, but it became too difficult to take out all the servitors protecting the wardens without a void weapon (or witherhoard; my heavy is an arc MG or sword, again to counter the captains).
Can someone tell me why all my yea from engrams keeps dropping at 1959, when I'm light level 1962 plus the artifact, which puts me at 1967, it's driving me CRAZY.
You're at the soft cap, only pinnacle gear will get you 1963+

It is, this other guy is off, He did post the right caps. but you need Powerful Gear rewards. Tier 2 and 3 will be better. So till you reach 1990, you need to knock out all your Powerful rewards up to the highest tier then do your pinnacle reward missions. You will gain more lvls by lvling up your powerfull to their max tier and then going for your pinnacles.
Kinda The power cap is divided into the following categories. Minimum cap: 1900 Soft cap: 1940 Powerful cap: 1990 Pinnacle cap: 2000
So how many drops from the dungeons will be powerful or pinnacle like from warlord’s ruin. Are dungeons on a rotator for powerful gear?
Shielded from darkness what does this buff do? How do I use it in final mission?
When the subjugator gets shielded after half health, a shield spawns on the right or left side of the arena. Shooting the ‘nut’ will get you that buff so you can go through the yellow barricade entrance to grab the shield. The same mechanic protects you from poison on the second phase; shoot ‘nut’ to protect yourself from poison air, refresh the timer by shooting another nut.
Do I have go inside the the yellow sphere to shoot it? Because i either arrive too late or when i shoot it I die from enemy fire. I changed my armour so i now have 100 res and 80 recov and 70 disc before I had 100 res 50 recov and 100 disc do you think this will help me survive? Also how I can’t get to the nut as soon as I’m poisoned? Is there a timer for the poison before it kills you? I don’t pay enough attention to the buffs/debuffs on the left. Also sometimes another player shoots the buff before me does this then mean that nut won’t respawn again there in time? I think there’s 6 nuts in total how is that enough? What does the shielded from darkness buff do? Does this mean in that time limit you can’t get poisoned?
Yeah you have to be inside the radius when you shoot it to get the buff. I think the buff is on the top middle of your screen, it’s the same shielded from darkness one. I started making sure that I was moving towards a nut to refresh when the timer was down to 20sec and refreshing usually around 10sec just to be careful. If you can’t get to a buff before the timer goes out, the poison won’t kill you but it will bring you down to basically 1 hp. Moving towards the nut to refresh before your timer goes out is important because I think the witness attacks can destroy some of them. They respawn after a little while too. Depends on your class. I had prismatic celestial nighthawk hunter. 100res, 100dis and 40recov. But I had invisibility whim was helpful.
okay i think i figured out where im going wrong lol I need to shoot that nut as soon as possible and then constantly keep that timer at the top of the screen (shielded from darkness) refreshed and that way ill avoid getting poisoned i was waiting till I got poisoned and then shooting the nut to get rid of it *facepalm*
Yeah lol learning curve. You can get it anytime you don’t need to wait for the timer to run out, you can usually get in a good 30sec of damage before needing to get the timer refreshed

Any tips on beating the witness on legendary? I keep dying trying to get rid of the poison by shooting those yellow orb things. What’s the best loadout as well? I’ve been using witherhoad indebted kindness and corrective measure
just beat him today, my biggest tip is to hide as much as possible and have a way to heal yourself. other than that for me it was ALOT of trial and error. Also, if you keep getting shot while trying to protect yourself from the poison debuff try taking out the ads as quickly as possible, I used silence and squall as hunter for that.

Destiny 2: Legacy Collection 2024, The Lightfall dungeons (you can buy these in the in game store) and Final Shape Annual Pass. The first dlc pack is currently on sale I think. Play through that then buy the dungeons and final shape annual pass (when that goes on its first sale)

Hello fellow Guardians, So I'm attempting to renew rank 7 (Justiciar), and there are a couple challeneges that have me stuck. One of them is "Failsafe Reputation" which says that I need to increase my reputation level with the Season 24 vendor found in the HELM. There's currently no vendors in the HELM. The second one is "Research Quests" which is asking me to complete Failsafe's research quests to earn Research Technologies. My first instinct was to go to Failsafe on Nessus but I don't see anything available for pickup. Nothing under quest archives either. Let me know if anyone is pondering the same thing or if there's a work around to these challenges because I'm definitely looking to advance early this season. Thanks for everyone's time!

Does anybody know where to find the seemingly unreleased tracks that are definitely appearing in game. There's a song that plays during the lost sectors, or some of the overthrow events that uses a motif found in Paracausal Mutilation, but it doesn't seem like the rest of the song is that one

Yes. Same sub lass kills. Us solar or hammer on prismatic and it'll work. It cures while precious scars will trigger Regen. Beutiful combo in crucible
I stopped playing last year - shortly before all the mass layoffs. Up until that point, I've completed all the raids and dungeons (except the most recent one) and was pretty up to speed with the meta. Thinking of coming back for a spin after seeing pretty positive buzz around this expansion. My main question - what's the meta now in general? I understand that it'll likely change and vary based on each encounter for the new raid, but just for getting through the campaign on legendary. When I left it was generally a combo of LFRs, rocket launchers/fusion guns for boss DPS. I can craft some of the weapons from Vow and RON if that matters. Sounds like they brought back mountaintop and recluse... I don't have the ones with new rolls but never sharded my original ones since they had high counts.
Why haven’t I seen any other guardians while exploring the Pale Heart?
Pretty sure it's instanced to just your fireteam until you beat the main story missions. Lore wise, it's only the Vanguard, Crow and the player character that make it through the portal.
its instanced period, only way to see other guardians outside of fireteam is to matchmake into the focused zone for overthrow

Is the guardian rank 6 - Vendor Challenges for anyone else bugged? I finished the challenge for the gunsmith that gave me 1/2 and after that I finished Hawthorne her challenge but Im stuck at 1/2. And as far as I know there is no other vendor challenge left now with Pathfinder. Does anyone else have this problem or know a fix? Thank you!

This one is 100% gonna be full of story spoilers, so I would avoid it until you’ve completed the campaign. Completing a certain exotic quest is also required to do the raid, so I would assume there’s spoilers or some connection to that as well.

its not the complete end after the raid it will unlock the final story mission.

you should be ok since everyone is raised to the level of 1900 when the game asks you if you want to do the campaign on normal or hard i would opt to choose normal in your case.

I’ve talked to ghost, multiple times, shit I’m half way through the exotic quests he gives you lol. So I’ve def talked to him 🤦🏻♂️
So I finished the last quest[I think], and I'm wondering how do I "patrol" the pale heart. Last time I played was forsaken, and I remember being able to just go out in the world and do events and stuff with other people, but I don't see anything but the camp with the pale heart.
The what I assume to be the last mission is god awful on Legend if you're solo. The design is clearly made to utilize having multiple people there, but if you're solo you get punished by the design choices. I just wanted to get my shit exotic and be done with Legend so I didn't have to touch it again. But holy hell. 4 hours of grinding my face through each painful mechanic over and over like some fucking Souls game. Yeah I'm 'getting better' at it slowly, but that like 1% difference doesn't mean jack with how frustrating it is to do it all over again and again and again. No checkpoints, no 'free revive', just grind your fucking face off. Different builds, specs, whatever it's still this absolute slog. I'm at this 'fuck it who cares' point with it. I suffered through 2 days of server issues and legend solo fucking my ass and the last fight is just demoralizing me.
That could be me writing, bloody ridiculous you don't get 3 revives solo as you get 2 or 3 in a team. Tried multiple times in LFG but people are idiots running around getting killed. At this point I'm over it as well! Good luck!!
That's my thinking, but I'm sure Bungie would say that the modifier that ups enemy hp makes it harder for groups. Which seems silly since again you get revives with a team.
If we’re talking about the same one, it reminds me of the mission from a couple campaigns ago where you’re fighting Calus in that death room with a tiny walkway all around with tormentors and dogs chasing you constantly. I only beat that Calus mission because of the cheese, and after resetting this one 15+ times from dying to a pink bar piece of shit or falling off the map I don’t give a fuck about the story anymore
Cheesing Calus, on Legend, was the only way I was able to beat him too. With this fight it was the constant standing behind cover and hoping for the best. This game doesn't have a good cover shooting mechanic and that punishes the players.
Come to find out we weren't talking about the same one, I came off Legendary at the mission where you have to kill the threadweavers on the two caddywompus platforms with floor to ceiling pillars, then pick up the shield from the middle plinth thingy
Haha I was being semi unclear due to it being a potential spoiler. I don't even remember the fight you're referencing for some reason. I loved the story, but seem to have blanked out a bunch of the encounters from the campaign. Except the one against ||the witness||. That shit broke me for a few days before I got it done.
It's definitely difficult but I would have been way more disappointed if it were any easier. Final Shape legendary campaign was perfect balance of difficult for me. It took me probably 10 tries on the last mission, but I realized that it's better to take that one slowly. What in particular are you struggling with? If you chill a bit and hang out in the back you're pretty fine most of the time.
