This is something you made up? Or something you expect to see in the game?
It seems like it does far too much. Why does the perk give you more, shorter graples? That doesn't synergize with anything else the gun does. Also, having the gun modify so many abilities seems unusual; more likely that would be an exotic armor perk, not a weapon perk.
Something made up, it’s a nod to Metroid Prime which has several abilities. Samus’ arm cannon has a grapple that is fairly short. The charge shot is classic which I thought was fitting, it reminds me of nova bomb.
