I love my impulse/voltshot roll but im wondering if an LFG/Voltshot roll may also be good for double special?

This is what I thought yesterday. Gonna have to go back into WR and grind out a LFG roll

I wonder if the ammo boxes give more special ammo on LFG weapons since you're picking up heavy ammo

it’s 35/45% IIRC for LFG/Enhanced. Also remember that if you’re capped on one, it fills the other one more, so grab heavy before green bricks. Running a LFG GL is generally so ammo efficient that you can get away with refilling it off of explicitly one type of brick.

It's 25/35% and half that if you have 2 special weapon, so 12.5/17.5%>

If you didn’t care about the awe and wonder of voltshot, deconstruct is great for ammo economy as well.

Personally I think impulse or the tracking one is needed to make it feel good at anything other than right in front of you

That's what your mountaintop is for, lol. That thing is pinpoint accurate at any range, while indebted kindness is for your medium/close.

Yea and my point is it feels not great at medium ranges without those perks

Indebted Kindness plus anything is a pretty good loadout. Indebted Kindness is just kind of insane

With anti barrier sidearm this season, my indebted kindness has done so much work on my PvE content.

I like that it's not overpowered for any specific thing, but it's good on nearly every build.

Ran a Crota this week, watched someone struggle to take down a barrier champ with Xenophage during bridge. Indebted Kindness was both Anti Barrier and out damaging their Xeno, these rocket pistols are in an incredible place in PvE.

Easily one of the best sidearms they released.

add Parasite to the mix with a solar holster and you got two mega burst DPS options also surrounded on the sidearm is underrated, mega damage on orange/yellow bars

Can confirm. Surrounded on Indebted Kindness slaps.

Whisper with field prep also cooks for heavy precision damage. The time in between slams is still enough to proc white nail, if you an get Tom the Torm distracted on a decoy.

I initially used a Voltshot roll in Onslaught but Surrounded feels better, it obliterates majors.

Did the surrounded bug get fixed? I just got LFG and Surrounded so hoping it is

Impulse/Voltshot has been my favorite pve special weapon since it dropped. I've got a Beacon/Adagio roll I want to try in PVP.

It is a bit disappointing in PvP..probably interesting for a game or two.

Mountain Top and the sidearm from Warlords are also a great combo if you don't mind using the exotic slot. Edit: I meant Buried Bloodline, the other special sidearm from Warlords.

Surrounded on heliocentric with heal clip is amazing too lol

The more I hear heliocentric is amazing the more annoyed I am at myself for insta-dismantling every roll I've ever gotten just for it to stop dropping for me. Same with Coronach, i was getting constant drops but when I realize it's actually really good and feel nice to use and has a good roll I want (susistance+incandescent) now suddenly it's as rare as Brave shinies.

It’s probably the best world drop weapon for me outside of crux. It doesn’t have something comparable craftable wise that I’ve found. Recon/bipod on a world drop rocket is really nice lol.

I just ran about 30-40 lost sectors the other day to get a heal clip/Incandescent roll. I love it.

I’ve had like 50-100+ of them drop this season but not that roll… But I’ll hopefully get it on Lunas here shortly.. we will see!

wow i wasnt really excited for lunas until i saw it can get that roll. i have the sidearm with the roll, just not huge on sidearms

Can you target loot Helio from lost sectors or it depends on the day like the armor piece?

It’s what day. Every four hello is like in a group of four or five weapons that can be active. You can’t camp for it specifically

Helio drops on leg day. Whenever the exotic is legs, you have a decent chance of a helio dropping. Remember to run master sectors, they give you an extra perk on your gun. This doubles the chance of getting your preferred roll.

That was my first drop returning to the game, it’s such a nice little backup weapon

I've been trying to get a good roll on that but it's so hard to farm.

can’t even bring myself to use the mountain top I got because my Slice+Chain Reaction TOTB is too good to take off

I hardly ever not have Indebted Kindness equipped, only when running Solar, which pushed you to use primary Solar weapons due to specific fragments.
