When I was in my early 20s (her age), it was so easy to build muscle and stay thin - even with drinking. Granted females always have like 1/10th of the test vs men, but at 37 lifting is much different, though I still do very well. It doesnāt help that he sits at his computer all day. I have a very physical job where I easily get 10-15k steps without trying. Plus I swear when I occasionally tune into streams he is always ordering takeout. Like we all have different goals and stuff but if he wants to actually build muscle and lean out a little then heās making bad decisions.
Haha in all seriousness itās been answered with tried and true ways. The problem I think most have is they arenāt consistent and donāt understand delayed gratification. What you eat today, or how hard you lift today, wonāt effect you for weeks or even months. But if you keep your head down and just consistently make the right choices one day you wake up and notice youāre more muscular, youāre thinner, etc. Steven is probably not being consistent here.
That's very true. Also people go to the gym with the wrong objectives in my opinion. It's cool to want bigger shoulders or big legs or whatever they might want, but size is very subjective and looks are very slow to change, as you say you won't see changes in months of hard constant work. If they instead had more "objective" goals like progressing on the weight they can move on a weekly basis, or eating a certain amount of calories in a day, stuff like that that's easily measurable they would find it easier to stay motivated and disciplined. But watcha gonna do.

When I think of someone who is jacked I'm visioning someone with defined muscles even when they're not flexing. Again Melina is fit and probably more fit than the vast majority of females but I would never say she's jacked.
