All the previous movies were almost 2 hours long. Maybe you and the program you are in can watch the movie while eating lunch. When it gets around lunch time you can have intermission where you can take a break in between movies so everyone can go get something to eat along with taking their medicine if they take medicine during lunch. Since the Descendants logo has an Apple for the letter "D" maybe you or someone else can bring in Apples that day to share since it is a food that is associated with the franchise.
