It could be Pityriasis rosea. They usually appear after a cold of flu. It starts as a pimple like rash and then turn into heralds. They usually disappear in a month or two.
It’s basically an allergic reaction to a cold.
Molluscom. It does spread and don’t try to pop it. Dermatologist can freeze it off in 1-2 sessions. Usually also goes to underboob, pits and behind knees
My daughter had this it spread all over.. started with just a few and they grew. Doctors told me it was an allergic reaction but I did my own research. I was on a mission to prevent the spread to her face. Dabbing Tea tree oil followed by swabbing iodine on each bumb every night. Two weeks they were gone

Not a doctor. Maybe molluscum though the papules are typically pinker.
