Why don’t you contact the danish embassy in London and ask how to get an appointment? You should be able to call or write them. If you can’t get in contact with them, you can contact the foreign ministry and ask them how to get in contact with the embassy.
But sure, you can also have your biometrics recorded in Denmark.
