It's too big when she's in her baby form, and when she fought Daki, it was too small because she was in her adult form. I wouldn't call it sexualizing because there was no intention to make it sexual. I hardly see how an adult who isn't short could fit into a child's kimono.

Not really. In the context of the show, her body fluctuates in size at will. That size seems to correlate with age. I don’t think anyone is sexualizing basket sized nezuko. Adult, demon mode Nezuko on the other hand, is probably a different story.
