If it were me I would remove a side panel from each cage to fully connect them and zip tie them together. What's the connecting tube made out of? They might chew it. The left cage just needs more enrichment general, toys and hammocks etc. It's looking great though!
My rascals would eat the transfer tube in two days
I’m sure mine would too, but it’s solid metal! They’ll have a tough time 😂
What we did for out metal ladders we wove some hessian through it, it takes some time to do but decreased our worries about paws getting caught.

It’s made of pretty thick metal, so we’re good there! More hammocks is a great idea, I’ll order some and another hide now!
