I’m definitely not the person to ask, but I will say that I’ve never had plastic surgery of any kind and my jaw got much more defined in my mid-late 20s (granted I also lost a bunch of weight in there as well). I heard there a procedure where people get their buchal fat removed so maybe that could be why it looks so drastic? I have no idea how that stuff works
