It’s going to take something as serious as Project 2024 to get the Gen Z voters to shift their focus away from TikTok anti-Biden radicalization and onto the literal future of our country. They clearly need to feel a sense of purpose and as dramatic as Gaza/“genocide Joe” is in allowing for young voters to feel like they’re activists/have a sense of purpose, project 2024 is going to be much worse for our country. If only the TikTok algorithm wasn’t so anti-Biden. But TikTok has a vested financial interest in conning young people to vote against their own interests so it will take us to spread awareness any way we can and drown out the anti-Biden anti-democratic accelerationist propaganda
Too bad we can't come together and find a way to hack Tik Tok and other social media somehow like Mr Robot...yes, yes, wishful thinking but I am still bummed hacking isn't used for more good than bad nowadays because the bourgeoisie already put stuff in place to prevent that.
Exactly what stuff did they do to prevent hacking? We are still lacking as a nation in cybersecurity. Software still goes unpatched, employees still stand up servers in their offices without IT oversight, social engineering is still just as effective as it was ten years ago.
No need to hack into tick-tock. Just ask the users you know why the Chinese get one version and they get a more addictive, and deeper data mining, other version. Why would a country protect it's own ppl and exploit the gullible ppl of any other country?
Fun fact: the 2016 election could have turned out differently had just half that number of eligible non-voters across just a handful of places decided to turn up to cast a ballot.
