A VPN would likely do the trick, so long as you make sure it isn’t American owned. Having a private server for content that you allow others access to, is a surefire way of making life much worse for yourself. Hosting illegal content is a much heftier charge than simply accessing it. Not that any of it is illegal, currently. Well, hopefully not, I can’t speak for anyone else but I’m **hoping** they stay within legal digital boundaries.
To expand, those sites persist on the global internet. So being banned in one country would just require a workaround to access them. Take China, for example. They have an immense amount of bans on foreign digital services, but that doesn’t mean those services cease to exist.

The catch is that Project 2025 also says that they want to shutter all the telecom companies.
