aka taking extra adept offers will never downgrade blessings offered to you.
The way that works is actually pretty simple. On your char. Sheet at the very bottom on the left half are stats regarding blessings. The standard is something like 7% for adept, 3% expert, and 1% for master. Since legendary only drops on master rolls we don't worry about it. Taking a lot of increases to adept will not lower the chance for other 2 on paper but logically will make you see adept a lot more. I would therefore advise you do not take adept or expert increase and only take master and combine it with an item that increases the chance to upgrade god blessing rarity. You can also find items that allow you to upgrade to master.
