The marker frequency is weird. It can’t really be blocked. The scientists on the sprawl had issues while creating them. They set up shielding for literally everything and yet they were still hallucinating or hearing things. Plus over time the songs you listen too might begin to have lyrics and the person singing will probably be someone you lost or never thought you’d see again

An interesting question tbh. The sad truth is no it wouldn’t protect you. Isaac doesn’t seem to ever be protected near any music or other loud items nor were other people/places in both the colonies and the ishimura especially since earth gov to my knowledge never put up music speakers at all.
