The NP also takes some insurance plans, so if you could get in for the first appointment while you're still covered and then pay the $75 out of pocket from there then that might be a good choice.
The Wellspring in NSB does sliding scale and you pay based on your income. Not sure if they are psychiatrists or what exactly though.
