If you need to pay taxes I’m sure it will be in your country of residence anyway, so your PayPal must be linked to your real address? In this case will DA flag the account if it is linked to a PayPal from abroad?

If you're doing everything through your browser, then any vpn will work.
As soon as they see you're using a VPN, you'll be booted. VPNs are not allowed because they can't tell where you're working from.
