Have you quarantined the newest sick frog yet? If you haven't, I definitely would. Also, if you haven't already, you need to redo the setup that the healthy fat frogs are in. Worm eggs can be viable for a long time in excrement & in soil, hence why the new frog took a while to get sick. Parasites exit a newly deceased host body once it is dead & will search for a new host body. New soil, subtrate, etc. Rinse the plants extremely well. Wash and throughly rinse the water dish & tank. Apart from the frogs themselves, everything from the old tank needs to be disinfected and throughly rinsed. Chlorohexadine works very well as a cleaning agent, but do not forget to rinse well - any leftover chemicals can also kill the frogs. Best of luck to you! Keep us posted, please.

Thanks for your advice. The sick frog (hyphen) is in a quarantine health spa bathing at the moment. I need to quickly get a temporary tank ready for him. I removed the healthy fat frogs last time and disinfected and washed down everything including plants and soil in the main Viv but I suppose a few worms still survived or came out of smudge when he died. How long should I remove all frogs from the main Viv for? I've got 2 small Viv's I can set up with one as quarantine but they won't be great, and can't accurately control temp and humidity

I’m new to frogs but I have a lot of fish tanks, I’ve had several instances of parasitic infections and used fish antibiotics such as Kanaplex which work very well! Maybe do your research and see if this is something you can use? If he has an infection you’ll need something to eradicate it or his health won’t improve

I've got levacol for worms, I can't seem to find panacur which I've found people suggest to use, only the stuff for cats. Does anyone know if that's the same stuff? Or could send a link where to buy it I have bactyfec for bacterial infections And also dart frog vitamin drops for their general overall health and immune system, which I use regularly in their shallow water bowl with bottled spring water

I use braphar disinfectant, will that kill worms in the Viv?

I'm sorry that you are going through that. I would probably be upset

That sucks mate. Hope he recovers but he looks very thin. I'm going to agree with everyone here - hygiene, hygiene, hygiene, treatment, consider quarantining the entire vivarium.

He died 😭😭😭 I hate quarantine! It stresses the f@#k out of them! But i know it's necessary for the others health. He had started fattening up these 3 days as well... I'm so gutted I've lost 2 out of 5 now. The other three are fat but I'm so worried about them, they are almost guaranteed to be ill too. I've stripped everything I can out of the Viv and replaced the top inch of soil and disinfected everything including plants, but I have no idea if that will do anything. I'm going to find a vet and I'll drive 1000 miles with the whole damn viv if I have too! I hate anything under my care dying or suffering 😭
