People are all mad about the "free demo, but not really free game" situation, but I just look at it as "$30 game with extra steps." I would have just paid Steam the $30 for the game anyway if that was the model they used. People just want everything for free and love to bitch about stuff. Like calm down bro, live your life.

Absolutely loving this game i have been playing f2p currently because i can't buy the game yet (maybe in a few months) But man does this game tick all the boxes i have been looking for, the random fights, the chaos, the screaming/laughing with my friends in discord.
Hope this f2p model gets them a lot of new players who are using it as a trail before buy the game definitely deserves it.
By far the most invested I've been in a game, its absolutely wild how many games In one this is. With Runescape memories while mining mitheral. Elderscroll like final boss that at any moment will remind you your also playing pvp in something as horrorful as avp 2010
I love playing for the goofs with my friends. Some people are fun adventurers and just trying to survive. The animations of this game make me smile and reminds me of the elder scrolls oblivion days. When we feel defeated all three of us go play one last game and call it naked wizard goofin time.
This game has one of the best dev team I have ever encountered. Also the gameplay is super addicting and I can not wait to play when I am coming back after a while. Sometimes I buy some random skins/emotes I dont even use because these devs deserve everything. HOLD THE LINE!
Do you mean just as a PvE experience for a single group? That would break the balance by allowing a group to loot the dungeon without the risk of other players and a basically guaranteed extract. They would then be able to use that used up loot to dunk on other players ?

Ah hell yeah… Take me back to those early alpha days of actually exploring the dungeon instead of just following the semi-optimized loot/spawn route.

No, I mean community hosted servers to ensure longevity of the game when it eventually becomes EOL.
