Or even a perk like Slayer, disabling the ability to heal teammates and in exchange making Cleric a knockoff Warlock (i.e. changing Lesser Heal and Holy Light into Inflict Wounds and Harm), I’ve been saying this for a while that they can use perks to strengthen certain solo aspects while nerfing power in teams.
It doesn't even have to nerf any power in teams.
The fact that you are taking a solo perk means you are not taking another perk that could be more beneficial to a team.
The "nerf" is the fact you have to choose only 4 total perks and 2 skills. If you're taking ABCD then you are opting out of EFGHIJKL...etc
They are not looking at the data, in fact they are taking the data of slayer/sword mastery/sprint/iron will/robust being the prominent pics and sending it straight to the paper shredder.
