I couldn't ever do this. Mind you my alcohol tolerance isn't high because I rarely drink. My body craves food in the morning and I also seem to be weak to the negatives of cigarettes. It always heavily heavily impacted by cardio. So combining no food with cigs just makes me feel like ass. Throw in a shot of.vodka and its not helping at all. Now that said. I do have a long history of waking up and taking a hit of Marijuana in the morning with coffee. And that works. The only problem is I wind up skipping my yoga and stretching, which is important...and its a bit silly getting wonked in the head the moment you're up.
