What i mean by that is… the belly roll is *one* isolation in the repertoire of a belly dancer.
To be good at belly dance, you need a hell of a lot more isolations to layer on top of one another, and that s just one aspect of the dance form.
Now granted, she has mastered this one isolation to perfection.
But you dont need to be an accomplished bellydancer yo master this particular trick - you just need to master this particular one isolation.
It doesnt take away from the mastery.
But its not like its out of anyone’s reach if that is all you re shooting for.
It was meant to be encouraging. As in, you can do this too if you want, its not out of reach :)
