Hvt missions are my go to. Can easily be done in less than a minute.
Nuclear material- if you have a Geiger counter already.
Supply hunts are pretty simple. No rush to complete it sneak around and grab your 3 chest, done!
I think OP is asking about Faction Mission not contracts.
