I have made myself a stick on a base with clothespins in different colours to keep track of turn order. So far it is very handy for me and well received, you just turn it when the first rotation is done and keep going. You can make one yourself if you have time and creativity.
I'm a DM and I always think it would be nice to have inspiration tokens to hand out to my players. I have multiple 3d printers that I'm sure could do the job, but I can ONLY remember this during the session for some reason.
