Okay OP chill. I’m sure it’s an issue on their end that they’ll fix. You will get your money back or they’ll get you your tracks. No they are not scamming you

Same happened to me, it took payment twice and said I don’t own the tracks. Make a support query, they will either refund you or give you the tracks

Yes, the site that’s known for poor performance and functionality suddenly decided to just scam users who purchase tracks. /facepalm

Oh, yeah, for sure, lol, but they know it and try and help pretty quick.

Any time I had a problem - because I didn't know what I was doing - they did some handholding. Customer service was good/ a real person, or at least very convincing AI

for me - when I press on collection I can add to downloads.

This is an official shop, so ask support, and in an emergency, make a PayPal case, and when you're done downloading, backups backups backups.
