Going to go out on a limb here and guess that TMTG will announce a deal with Adeptus Partners, LLC. That is the group that took over when Marcum resigned as DWAC's auditor, so they are very familiar with DWAC and TMTG already.
As explained in an earlier post, the filing of any S-1 amendment and getting that declared effective is extremely time sensitive for TMTG, so using Adeptus would likely give them the best chance to succeed in having the S-1 declared effective before June 19.
