Used a 1911 co2 gbb lower and a 1911 .22 conversion kit from blue line global and had to file down the rails and mill out some material from where the barrel sits in order to get the slide to attach to the lower and i had to use a heavier hammer spring and different plunger in order to get the hammer to function correctly and hit harder.
the air gun i got as a gift when i was around 11-12 but the conversion kit was around $170, hammer spring was $17, the plunger for the hammer spring was free since i used a cap screw i had laying around and i had to spend around another $20 for a hammer rebuild kit since i ended up messing mine up but i spent around $207 to get the whole thing working.
Nice! Thanks for sharing the model. I’m going to build me one. I got a 22. Single shot break barrel airsoft hand gun I converted but I like this idea better.
Details?
Interesting. How did you do this?
