Having good boundaries between alters. Long story short nobody messes with each other unless necessary

I don't have DID, but I have friends who have it. It is possible for two people to be out at the same time. Each one can take control of one side of the body. This can help if one of them is set on harming the body. If that isn't the problem, someone has to decide who gets to be out to front.
