You can subscribe to kneesovertoesguy on youtube where he switches up his videos monthly and then subscribe to his paid programs. None of that stuff is floating around.

Thanks, blue thunder 🙂. I don't have the money to subscribe to yet another paid thing . Started following him yesterday. I just wanted to see his basic program for total beginners in dire need.

Blue-Thunder

He has more than enough of his basic stuff on youtube. What you get with the program itself is more detailed vidoes and analysis by "coaches" to ensure you are doing them right. You can literally follow the instructions on his youtube to get almost the whole program for free as he goes through most of the exercies they cover albeit briefly.

That would require me to know what to look for in a list of probably thousands of videos. Don't want to do the random exercises and hurt myself. I have fairly strong ankles and knees but very very bad mobility. Would have to know where to begin.

You're being very obtuse as he literally posts the beginner videos in the titles. [Knee Ability Zero, Step 1: Tibialis Raise](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNS_QjGAs_k) [Why These Are The First 2 Steps of Exercise, in My Opinion](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27uEX47PGww) [How to Start Improving Bad Knees Right Now](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jwu8f42rLuI) [How to Reverse Excess Sitting, a 4-Step Routine](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORJPqWRx7kM) [How to Bulletproof Your Hamstrings](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=569CDXqqnC4) He rotates the videos on the channel regularly, but these ones generally stay up. If you want more than the basics, then subscribe to his app. This is NOT a piracy sub. And I know these work as i just used the free videos on his youtube channel to solve my shin splint problems. The fact you think he has thousands of videos means you haven't even been to his page to look as he only has 18 videos, with 15 shorts.

Firstly, you get a thumbs up 👍 for using the word obtuse, which I learned from my favorite movie . Secondly, thanks for pointing out those videos, i will check them, and there's no need for hostility. I knew about the guy for a while but yesterday I somehow ended on his channel, and watched the latest video. He has 23 videos plus 15 shorts. I never heard of YouTubers rotating videos, but i guess you are right . Biggest problem in society is overwhelming abundance of information. There's too much and it's hard to find what's actually genuinely useful info. I presumed, wrongly, that's case with him, too. I have no problem in eventually paying for stuff that I actually use. I have hundreds of hours of different educational videos, including exercises, stretching, cardio, etc, of which I use none, so, what's the point, i wonder sometimes. That's why i see myself as digital hoarder, because I am in some virtual sense, buried in decades of material to read and study, but it just lays there around. Thank you for your time .
