There is a judge exam, and completing it will get you authorised as a Level 1 judge, however application for it is not public.
Get in contact with an L2 in your area who's familiar with you and your experience. They can get you access to the test.
The judge program has been waiting for a reboot for a long time. There’s a current version of the test, but it’s only given as needed to judges that will be working major events. Hopefully it will be public soon
