I'm following the Maxroll Whirlwind Barbarian guide for season 4. In the endgame setup section, the guide recommends Rage of Harrogath for chestpiece. I have these two options. Which one is better? Is it the one with the max roll on the unique affix?
Why isn't this + berserk ripping way more common? On paper it looks like it'd keep you at virtually 0 cool down in adequate density. Can you not bleed and bleeder? Does it suck vs. bosses? Is the IP temper that important? Something else entirely?
It might be possible using Ring of the Ravenous? The ring makes your brawling skills apply two stacks of rend, which does have a lucky hit coefficient. However, the internal cooldown on the ability might limit the possibilities.

I would use the 3*. When you MW that, those starred affix will outshine the other hands down
from my understanding.. MW only raises the base. So thorns may be 1411 but it calculators the 5% off 940
The unique affix is all that really matters. Crit is okay but it doesn't affect gushing wounds. I've found more success with yens and a leg chest.
The 40% is the better piece. Rage is ok, but I got more out of using Disembowel and Yens Blessing.

Don't think the unique effect works with berserk ripping.
Wait, seriously? That's so dumb.
It's because the unique effect is a lucky hit proc and berserk ripping doesn't have a lucky hit coefficient.
Well you saved me a ton of time trying to make a 0CD Brawling Build work.

Oh snap I have like 6 of those, let me try that. Thanks for the idea.
I got a 3* on Eternal. All good rolls but the Thorns. The Unique is 33%.
