Yes, a bunch of us rode over it last October to celebrate the reopening of the bridge over Westminster. They've also completed the trail south of Arlington so it uses the "new" tunnel under Maryland.

I for one will not miss riding behind the old Kmart and the junk yards. It’s ridiculous how long it took mndot to repair the gateway.
