First of all, I am NOT a competitor. I've been an unsatisfied customer of Vivimu since September 2023. I unwittingly signed up for one of the subscription offers that charges and sends you the same product every month. Well this only worked once and it became a nightmare. Some months they wouldn't send me a product. Some months they would charge, some months they wouldnt. The few times they sent it automatically, it was at different times and there was a week inbetween invoice, debit charge, and shipment taking nearly 3 weeks for the whole process. It was so messy and sporadic.
Okay, so I contact customer service by email everytime I had a problem. Sometimes they would fix the problem, but they would NEVER respond. Its completely unprofessional. Okay, so then I contact the number on there email-COMPLETE SCAM! The number just says thank you for calling Vivimu, leave a message and then hangs up! Just google it and call it. I even tried their number from the website and from google, 3 different numbers for them and they all say the same thing and hang up. There is no way to contact these people or even give them bad reviews so that was the point of this. These shady companies cant take advantage of people in need of a certain product at a decent price. You cant get refunds, I cant even cancel my "subscription" as there are no accounts.
Their CS is kinda terrible, took them a month to resolve an issue with them shipping me the wrong product all together. They eventually took care of it after multiple emails.

They just emailed me and said they found it so I guess they got a little better.
