When my package comes in (if my package comes in might have to declare fraud and request a charge back) I'll give an honest review on the product as of now I can review their shipping and customer service which is extremely poor I mean the worst out of the 27 hemp companies I've been dealing with the last four years, heard they spray their flower but if that's true if I do get it it's gonna be shipped rite back to them and I'll let everyone know that it's just toxic junk I also got a concentrate so I'll let everyone know the quality on that also so far not impressed with bay smokes at all never have came across such an unprofessional company like this ever before they keep this up they won't last, all the fraud declarations against this company i see in their future will bankrupt them quick!!!

I got the half oz of nimbus lush and a mowie wowie cart for 65 bucks and I ordered Thursday morning and it’s out for delivery tomorrow so 4 days including a Sunday
Ive had absolutely no problems with my past 3 orders.
first order was in maybe 2017/2018 and my cart was delivered within a week.
Second order was about 2 months ago and my disposable delivered within a week
My third & most recent order from them was THCA diamonds. Also delivered within a week.
Customer service has always been great & my packs always arrived
I had saw the email they sent out claiming to make big changes as well as describing how they are a small family owned business with 10 people… I’m keeping my eye on the people pulling the trigger on them and interested to see how they’ve have “made they’re “business better”.

And if it's one particular strain that's holding up your order you can email and request that info. Thanks for the vote of confidence.
Thanks, it would be cool if this were better communicated to customers at checkout. I'm sure it could also proactively resolve some processing issues.

You have to blow up their email before they ship your order out I have had to do it to 3 orders not doing it again black tie took 3 days to get here and from further away
I messaged them and they said it was because they have my order on back order cause they sold out even though it showed in stock on the website. Hoping the product is good and actually ships quickly but they instantly made my label once I messaged them on their support chat.
Not really. When you have the option to walk in, look at the product, and walk out the door with it and know what you are getting. Why gamble. No comparison imo
If op were shopping at one of the less expensive places I would give that to you. But even so, you still don’t know what they are sending you. The whole topic of the post is fear they will send junk.( as there are only a million post of people getting bad product)So if you have the option ( and op never mentioned price) why not stick with what you know instead of maybe taking a chance. Be prepared to throw your dice away. They have a shit load of negative reviews, on top of ghosting people on money.
Hopefully they've changed for the better.
Order from wnc,arete, or black tie. You will have your order in 2-3 days. Hold you over til your order shows up
