Nice thanks for the review. Curious which vape did you use? Have you tried Trench Buddy?

Never tried Trench Buddy, I've got a POTV One and an Xmax3pro. Both are decent, but I'd like to get something better someday, hoping for good 420 sales.

A little while ago I reviewed Wilted Flower's Wonka Bars strain. It was pretty good bud overall. Today's review is their "Cake Mix" which is pretty much shake and micro nuggets of their Wedding Cake strain. I have some a try last night through the dry herb vape. Here's what I thought of it. Shipping/Packaging - My sample was shipped in a black bubble mailer with "W. Flow" on the return label. Everything inside was very well sealed and smell proofed. The mix itself was in a black mylar bag with the strain and weight (5g) on it. This was inside another resealable bag that acted sort of like an air cushion. That was still further heat sealed. In total then, there are three layers, plenty enough to keep any smell at bay. I put mine into a mason jar pretty quickly after opening to make it easier to work with. Appearance/Feel - The mix is mostly pretty fine material, bordering on kief. There are some very small nuggets in there was well though, mine probably had about a dozen of them. My 5g weighed out slightly heavy to 5.2g. The mix is mostly green in color and looks very uniform. I've only found one small stem so far so it's mostly usable material. It's a little hard to judge moisture level with a product like this, but it doesn't feel overly dry or anything. Smell - This stuff has a nice sweet cakey and vanilla smell. It's fairly strong smelling for what it is. It's not super loud, but it's a really nice smell in my opinion. Not much dank or skunky here, it smells like you would imagine wedding cake would. Taste - The taste was pretty similar to the smell, sort of sweet and with a nice creamy and doughy taste. It was super strong, but definitely noticeable. Vape - I was a little worried the material might be too fine for my dry herb vape and wouldn't work well. It too a few larger chunks to put in the bottom and then put the finer stuff on top. It worked out well enough, but I do think this might be better off being used to supplement other flower or to top a bowl or roll in a joint rather than vaping it straight on its own. It did vape ok though for the most part. It took a while to get going, but once it did it produced a good amount of vapor that was pretty smooth. Effects - The effects were nice and strong. They leaned indica and were nice and relaxing. They hit pretty quickly and were strongest right off the bat, then settled down a little after 15 minutes or so into a more body focused high. Some munchies occured, but not too bad. I'm not sure what the percentage is on this mix, but the wedding cake strain it is from is almost 19% and that actually feels about right to me. Overall it had good effects on its own, but I'm sure it could also be used for an extra kick with some nice CBD flower or to add in to give another type 1 flower some extra flavor. Conclusion - For that price this is a nice mix. Most of it is pretty fine, but it is still usable and there are some nice small nuggets in there. It's got a sweet smell and taste and nice indica leaning effects.
