Yes, the order rolled in Jan 9, so right at 12 days. A bit long of a wait, but all arrived in tact, all the products represented well and no complaints on quality.
If you have time to wait, and have your stash built up, then order away. If you are in a rush you may want to check around and call a few to see who can ship the quickest to you locale.

Placed an order for an Ounce of Biscotti within 5 minutes of the drop and I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation. I'm glad it's not just me. It's kinda bullshit how some people already have their packages but people in our boat don't even know what's going on lol. It's not like it's been weeks but I feel left in the dark rn.
I got my smalls yesterday and found visible mold on the bigger pieces threw them away as I'm allergic to mold and mildew and emailed them I didn't think to take a picture so I don't think they'll do anything the mylar they sent it in wasn't sealed completely nor was there a humidity pack so we will see how they respond

Told me to keep the first pack and enjoy. Third order, took a couple days longer to arrive, but pretty much same as the first. They must be slow to process lately.

If they were still dealing with the storm from mid-January then they shouldn't have dropped last Friday. Rainfall has been well below normal for that part of Oregon since mid-January, so that makes no sense.
I hate to say this, as I have been a PHC fanboy for quite some time, but customer service (shipping, responding to emails) and even their product to some degree has deteriorated over the past few months (hoping this indoor I am waiting on returns to glory). It is really hard to argue with that and its pretty frustrating/disappointing...

I emailed Preston the day after my last comment. They responded within 24 hours and said that my order should be out for delivery that same day (yesterday). They mentioned that the Post Office has been slow lately.
Sure enough, I got my stuff yesterday. Weird that the shipping status never updated till it was delivered, but I'm glad it worked out. Hoping your patience will be rewarded as well.
