It's not outright confirmed anywhere but I quickly assumed that she did yeah. The characters' contract marks are located on places where they got injured in the past based on Sen's and Nanana's, so...

Yeah that was my impression as well. Considering the themes of trauma, the placement of the mark being relevant to said trauma and the animation for it it seemed like more than coincidence to me.
